Studio Fiore is a specialized practice in cruise and travel retail.

The studio’s belief is straightforward. People remember how a voyage made them feel. That feeling is not built from grand gestures. It is built from detail, atmosphere, timing, and a quiet attention to what a guest experiences from the moment they step onboard to the moment they step off.

Cruise is unlike any other retail environment. Space is measured in centimetres. Inventory is shaped by storage decks, customs zones, and sailing calendars. Concepts that hold beautifully on land often do not survive the realities of life at sea. The studio works from inside those realities, which is why the work belongs onboard rather than being adapted to fit.

Every engagement is shaped to the brand, the guest, and the voyage at hand, and each is given the same depth of attention regardless of scale.

The practice moves across cruise enrichment, retail activations, destination product, guest experience strategy, and the development of onboard teams. It is led by a founder with two decades inside the industry, working alongside the brands, the operators, and the people who shape life at sea.

The work is designed to be felt by the guest and seen on the manifest. Considered experience is the most reliable form of commercial return at sea.
